How do I get started?


Is there an age limit?

No, there is no age limit for the Harmonic Egg. It is safe and non-invasive for all ages. Generally, ten years of age and younger are accompanied by an adult in the Harmonic Egg.


Can the Harmonic Egg be used during pregnancy?

Yes, it is not only a safe but also very supportive experience for both the mom & her growing baby.


How is a pet session done?

Typically a pet is allowed in the Harmonic Egg with their owner (on their lap). We have only one Egg at our site which makes in person pet sessions more difficult due to allergies. We ask that you book a Remote session for your pet in which you will be asked to send up a picture of your pet and we put that in the Egg for their session. An intake form is still required for you to share your concerns with us about your pet so we may choose the appropriate music & color selection for their session. You will be aware of the set time and it’s best for the pet to be in a place of calm during the time.


Do I still get benefits from the Harmonic Egg if I fall asleep?

Yes! The benefits of the sound and light therapy continue irregardless of whether you are awake or not. You are welcome to receive deeply the frequencies and if that means falling asleep, your body is likely going into a very restorative state -which is a good thing!


What if I am claustrophobic? Can I still go in the Harmonic Egg?

If you feel claustrophobic we are able to support you by keeping the doors open a comfortable amount. The Harmonic Egg is quite large inside so this may not be an issue when you go inside but if so, we want you to feel at ease.
 
There is also a doorbell provided in each egg where you may get our attention if needed at any moment. The door does not latch closed electronically but is able to be opened/closed manually at any time.


How many sessions should I book?

Most clients notice benefits quickly, after 1-3 consistent sessions.
 
However, we acknowledge everyone's needs are unique and can range depending on the amount of stress they are under, duration & nature of their condition, and the resources they may have. 

We encourage you to ask us about your specific needs and intentions. For more chronic conditions or ongoing challenges, 10 sessions or more may be suggested.
 
We offer packages for your varying needs. If you want a detox you can schedule the sessions weekly, or if you are looking for maintenance or preventative support, we offer a monthly membership package. We are excited to assist you on your journey. 


Is the Harmonic Egg wheelchair accessible?

We are located on the ground floor with one step to get inside. The Harmonic Egg itself is not wheelchair accessible, and a few steps are needed to enter the room where the Harmonic Egg is located. You may bring a caregiver to help get you into and out of the Harmonic Egg itself and into the zero gravity chair.

We are happy to send you a video so you can view the actual access, or we welcome you to come visit us to see if it will work.


Do you have a rescheduling/cancellation policy?

We understand traffic on Oahu can be unpredictable, so we ask that you provide yourself a little extra time in traveling to our location. We are near shops & cafés in the area so you are welcome to visit them before to insure you make it to your appointment on time. We are also absolutely aware that things come up resulting in a need to reschedule. Please be courteous and cancel/reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled session so someone else can have the time slot. We are insuring we have a Steward there for you & so we appreciate the clear communication.

Your credit card will be charged a $50.00 missed appointment fee otherwise. Few exceptions will be made.
